Deed Information
Individuals interested in changing the ownership of their property should consider one of the following options:
- Contact a local title company
- Contact an Attorney familiar with Real Property Law in Michigan
- Acquire and fill out a blank form. Blank forms may be found at office supply stores and online. Make sure the form meets the Recording Requirements for the State of Michigan.
