Probation Department

The probation department is staffed with 2 full time probation clerks, 4 full time probation officers, and one full time Chief Probation Officer.

Purpose

  • To provide complete and accurate pre-sentence investigation reports to the court
  • To protect the public through monitoring offender activities
  • Direct probationers to a broad range of services
  • Enforce the orders of the Court
  • Recover restitution for crime victims
  • Demand accountability from probationers
  • Meet probationers well-defined rehabilitation needs
