The terminal is a barrier-free facility. Amenities designed to accommodate the needs of disabled people include ADA approved tables, drinking fountain, counters, and wheelchair accessible lavatories. A boarding bridge or other services are available. With prior notification, the airlines can accommodate special equipment or guide animals on-board the aircraft.

Currency Exchange
Currency exchange is not available at Muskegon Airport; However, this service is available at Chicago O'Hare so you may be able to accomplish this during your layover. Otherwise, we recommend contacting your bank to inquire about this service. Banks may require a multi-day lead time to convert currency so plan ahead and be prepared.
Assistance Animals
Guide dogs and other assistance animals are welcome in all public areas of the terminal. Please be advised assistance animals are required to be screened by TSA when passing through security. In compliance with the U.S. Department of Transportation Air Carrier Access Act Rule, the airport provides an animal relief area for service animals that accompany passengers at the airport. This wheelchair-accessible area is located at the east end of the terminal and provides Mutt Mitts, trash receptacle, and benches.
