Residents receive three balanced meals each day with an opportunity to have additional snacks. Special dietary needs can be prepared upon the direction of the facility or youth’s physician.
The Juvenile Transition Center (JTC) participates in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) via the Michigan Department of Education.
Residents can access the NSLP program for free or reduced meals in the Muskegon Community once discharged by following this link:
