My staff and I are extremely proud of the opportunity to represent you in the vital area of criminal prosecutions. For the past 22 years it has been my objective to provide a tough and aggressive approach to the protection of the public.

Citizens can rest assured that crime in the community is taken seriously and that law breakers are held responsible for their actions. As a result of this continuing "tough on crime" stance, the Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office, on an annual basis, has one of the highest felony jury trial conviction rates in the state of Michigan.

The accomplishments of the Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office can be attributed not only to my efforts, but to the commitment of my professional staff. Their continuing dedication helps to insure that offenders pay a heavy price for the crimes they commit.

I feel extremely privileged to serve as your prosecutor and consider it a tremendous honor to carry out the mandate of insuring the safety of our community and its citizens.
