Grant Seeking

  • United States Department of Education Grants and Contracts
    Information includes a guide to the DOE's programs, current requests for applications and a forecast of future grant competitions.
  • Federal Register
    Published daily by the Government Printing Office and includes a list by departments/agencies of all of announcements and regulations. The Federal Register is the official source for announcement of all Federal contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements.
  • Grants.Gov
    A link to Federal grants and grant seeking resources. Includes a searchable data base of all available federal grants. You can also sign up for automatic email notification of grants.
  • Foundation Center
    The Foundation Center website provides a wide variety of information and resources regarding foundation funding opportunities. You can also sign up to receive weekly e-mail notices of funding opportunities and subscribe (free of charge) to various grant newsletters.
  • National Institutes of Health Guide to Grants and Contracts
    The primary source of U. S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) notices, program announcements, and requests for applications.
  • National Science Foundation
    NSF funds research and education in most fields of science and engineering by providing grants to colleges, universities, K-12 school systems, businesses, informal science organizations and other research organizations throughout the United States.
  • National Endowment for the Arts
    The NEA supports excellence in the arts, both new and established; bringing the arts to all Americans; and providing leadership in arts education.
  • Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention
    OJJDP awards discretionary grants to states, units of local government, and private organizations to administer programs for prevention and intervention to meet the needs of juveniles and their families.
  • Fundsnet Services
    A vast collection of links to public and corporate grants for education programs.
  • Child Poverty
    From First Focus and the Brookings Institution, this report provides information on child poverty, specifically during the current recession.
  • Building Capacity for Better Results
