Want to sell goods or services to Muskegon County?
How do you get your business registered with Muskegon County?
You will need to become a registered vendor.
This process does not require any paperwork! The process is fast and easy to follow and only a five-step process. Muskegon County uses NIGP (National Institute of Governmental Purchasing) Class - Item Code for its Bid List. This code identifies the products and services by Class and item that a governmental agency typically purchases.
First, click on the "Enter Vendor Registration" button.
Second, provide general company information.
Third, select high level NIGP codes.
Fourth, select detailed NIGP codes.
Fifth, submit your registration.
Registering to become part of the Muskegon County vendor file is important because the Purchasing Office often refers to the file to target vendors supplying a particular product or service.
Please note that the vendor file is a good source for vendor information but not the only source.
Registration does not guarantee that your firm will be solicited for any or all requirements.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our office at (231) 724-6281 or purchasing@co.muskegon.mi.us.
If you are unable to enter your registration electronically then contact the Purchasing Office at the above phone number.
Thank you for your interest in doing business with Muskegon County.
