A.     2013-450 Amend the Muskegon County Smoking Pollution Ordinance as recommended (striking e-cigarettes), to take effect on January 1, 2014 for the CMH facilities and July 1, 2014 for all remaining County properties

B.     2014-62 WM14/02–14 To award IDEO LP a contract in the amount of $400,000 to provide strategic redesign services to assist Michigan Works! Muskegon-Oceana in preparing jobseekers for the current job market, contingent upon Corporate Counsel review of contract.

C.     WM14/02-17 To direct staff to hang a photo of the Commissioners, including their names, in the lobby of the Hall of Justice.

Public Comment

Persons may address the Commission during the time set aside for Public Comment or at any time by suspension of the rules.  All persons must address the commission and state their name for the record.  Comments shall be limited to two (2) minutes for each participant, unless time is extended prior to the public comment period by a vote of a majority of the commission.
