Resources

Influenza Vaccination

Influenza (flu) vaccinations are available seasonally at our office. We offer only the shot form of the vaccine. For complete information, please visit our flu vaccination page.

Rabies Vaccination

If you are in need of rabies vaccine, please call us at 231-724-1289 so we can coordinate this service with your doctor.

Shingles Vaccination

Shingles vaccine is available for anyone 50 years and older. See fee above. Payment is expected at the time of service. We are only able to bill Medicaid. If you have insurance other than Medicaid, including Medicare, you are encouraged to talk to your doctor's office about getting this vaccine so that your insurance can be billed.

Travel Vaccinations

If you are planning on traveling out of the country, we encourage you make an appointment to visit our office at least 4 weeks before your trip. Because of the length of time a travel immunization consultation may take, we will schedule your appointment before 4 p.m. To find out what vaccines may be required in the part of the world you are traveling to, visit the Centers for Disease Control Travelers' Health website.
